A. All payments can be made through online mode.

Booking can be made through all the major payment modes including Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI and Wallets.

Note: Corporate Credit Cards, American Express [AMEX] cards, Diner's Club cards & offline payment modes are not applicable

A. No, Transaction Fee is not charged to customers for any Payment Mode.

A. Customer can book only 1 vehicle on his / her name at a time.

A. Once a booking is completed, Exterior/Interior Colour Change is not allowed

A. Customers can connect with dedicated Relation Manager for any query. Contact details of Relation Manager will be available on the CTB login. Also, you can directly contact our command center on 1800114645 (select option 2 in the IVR) or get in touch with the Franchise for query resolution.

A. As per govt. guidelines, submission of PAN and Address proof is mandatory. Same will be utilised for registering the vehicle with RTO.

A. In that case, customer can select the nearest Franchise for necessary assistance

A. IONIQ 5 Booking can be cancelled via Customer's MyProfile page using the Refund & Cancellation tab. Booking Cancellation option will only be available after 24 hours of Booking Confirmation

A. To avoid customer incovinience, the intimation for balance amount payment will be done when the car will be in final stage of production

A. For balance amount payment, HMI bank account details will be mentioned in the order form generated post intimation for payment and the CTB login. Only RTGS & NEFT payment modes are applicable for making this payment.

A. Finance option is available on the CTB. Customers can choose online finance from the banks available on the portal or offline finance for arranging it by themselves.

A. For offline finance, customer with assistance from Franchise, has to co-ordinate with the bank for necessary documents & disbursal.

A. Refund will be processed within 15 days of approved cancellation. However, the refund may be delayed due to the reasons beyond control of HMI.

A. Cancellation is allowed only before invoicing.

- For bookings done prior to launch date & cancelled on or before 17th Jan’23 : NIL

- For bookings done prior to launch date & cancelled after 17th Jan’23 : Rs. 25,000/-

- For bookings done on or after launch date : Rs. 25,000/-
